SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

This document governs the terms and conditions of the ImagineIf Premium subscription service.
1. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
1.1 Free Plan
- Limited daily chain creation
- Unlimited contributions
- Standard quality AI images
- Community features (voting, comments)
- Profile page
- Notifications

- Unlimited chain creation
- High-quality AI images
- Private/group chains
- Content export (PDF/ePub)
- Watermark-free content
- Advanced customization options
- Priority support
- Early access to new features
2. PRICING
Current pricing is displayed on the Platform and on the checkout page. Prices may be presented in your local currency by Paddle based on your location.
2.1 Monthly Subscription
Automatically renews each month. Can be cancelled at any time.
2.2 Yearly Subscription
Upfront payment for a 12-month period. Offers a discounted rate compared to the monthly subscription.
3. PAYMENT PROCESSING
3.1 Payment Provider
Payment transactions are carried out by Paddle.com Market Limited as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles tax calculation, payment processing, and invoice generation.
3.2 Payment Methods
Credit cards, debit cards, and other local payment methods are accepted through Paddle. Available payment methods may vary depending on your country.
3.3 Taxation
As Merchant of Record, Paddle automatically calculates and collects applicable taxes (VAT, sales tax, etc.) based on your location.
4. FREE TRIAL
We may offer a free trial period for new subscribers. During the trial:
- You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
- You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
- If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
- You will be notified before the trial ends.
5. AUTO-RENEWAL
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled:
- Monthly subscriptions: on the same day each month
- Yearly subscriptions: on the same date each year
You will be notified by email before renewal. If you do not cancel before renewal, your registered payment method will be charged.
6. CANCELLATION
6.1 Cancellation Process
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You can continue to use Premium features until the cancellation date.
6.2 After Cancellation
- Your account will be downgraded to the free plan.
- Content created during the Premium period will not be deleted.
- Access to private chains may be restricted.
- High-quality images will not be downgraded; existing images are preserved.
7. REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new Premium subscriptions. For full details on refund eligibility, how to request a refund, and exceptions, please see our Refund Policy.
8. PRICE CHANGES
- Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
- Your current subscription period will remain at the old price.
- The new price will apply upon renewal.
- If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before renewal.
9. SPECIAL OFFERS
We may offer special subscription deals, season passes, or discounts from time to time. The specific conditions of these offers will be stated separately on the offer page.
